Consulting

Keith would primarily describe himself as a consultant. Much of what he does in the arena of strategic leadership results in the invitation to walk a journey with the client as the pathway is navigated. This has resulted in Keith working with executive teams as they engage in strategy formation and implementation, as well as being an architect and designer of leadership academy programmes and processes for both management and executives. Keith’s international experience and teaching make him ideally suited to the task of designing leadership development programmes and currently Keith is reading for his PhD in the area of ‘learning leadership’.
